SurgCX Warehouse, the procurement arm of SurgCX allows organizations to white label and brand the portal, customizing their own equipment platform to brand specifically for their Agents and Reps.

SurgCX Warehouse (DaaS – Device as a Service) is a commission based Equipment Portal for Agents and Reps servicing the Telecom and IT world. SurgCX created a portal for Agents and Reps to create their own account to register opportunities, track milestones and increase visibility in an often underappreciated step of the sales process in selling office phones, headsets, and IT Equipment. The goal is to provide unique and creative programs to lower the equipment cost to the customer and continue a high level of customer service through deployment. SurgCX Warehouse works with the Providers in provisioning the phones for the customer and offers consulting services.

Bridgepointe Technologies, a California-based Master Agent, recently purchased Clover Communications to increase their Agent total to over 100. The Clover Communications purchase provides Bridgepointe with an established agent base in the Northeast and will enable them to reach new markets in 2021. Clover has more than 250 vendor partnerships, including AT&T, Verizon, Comcast, Masergy and RingCentral.
